De 9 bedste klubber/hold mødes til 4 hæsblæsende stævneafsnit.
Hver klub/ stiller med 2 individuelle starter i hvert løb og 1 holdkap i hver af holdkapløbene.
Den klub/hold der samlet set får flest FINA-points i løbet af weekenden bliver Danmarksmester.
